Africon affiliates
Share your personal link with the people you know. When someone books an Africon course or event through it, you earn 10% to 25% of what they pay.
How it works
No website needed and nothing to buy. You need the people you know and a link.
Tell us who you are and where you would share your link. It takes about three minutes, and we reply within three working days.
Once you are approved, you get a personal link like africon.ai/r/your-name. Send it on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, by email or in person.
Every time someone books through your link, 10% to 25% of what they pay is yours. Ask for a payout whenever your balance reaches GHS 50 and we send it to your mobile money or bank account.
What you earn
On courses and events you start at 15%. Refer more people and your share goes up on its own, to 25% at the top level.
AI Sprints, our two-hour courses, pay a flat 10% to every affiliate.

Your earnings show in your affiliate portal as they come in. When you are ready, you ask for a payout.

Anyone who knows people who would want to learn AI: trainers, community leaders, HR and learning managers, consultants, students and past Africon learners. You do not need a website or a large following.

No. Joining is free, and there is nothing to buy or sell.
Your link carries your personal code. When someone opens it, we remember them for 60 days, so a booking made later still counts as yours. If they book an AI Sprint, they can also type your code on the booking form.
A booking becomes payable 14 days after the person pays, or 14 days after the course or event if that is later. Until your first payout, each booking waits an extra 14 days. Once your balance is GHS 50 or more, you ask for a payout in your portal and we usually send it within one to three working days.
No. Bookings made with your own email address, phone number or mobile money number do not earn commission. Bookings for friends, colleagues and clients do.
If we refund a booking, the commission on it is taken back. Your earnings page in the portal shows every change and the reason for it.
No. Most Africon learners are in Ghana and Nigeria, but you can join from anywhere. If you are outside Ghana, we pay you by PayPal or Wise.
No. You share your link and, if people ask, tell them what you know. Booking and payment happen on africon.ai, and our team answers their questions.
We read every application and reply by email within three working days. If you are approved, the email has a link to set your password, and your personal link is waiting in your portal.
